1. Introduction
Your agreement with us includes these terms and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood them and agree to be bound by them. 2. Communications
By using the Service you may receive newsletters or other information we send. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing [email protected].
4. Content
Content on or through the Service is the property of AutoSifu or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost or copy it, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain without our express written permission.
5. Prohibited uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To send, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our consent.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- In any way that infringes the rights of others, or is illegal, threatening, fraudulent or harmful.
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Disable, overburden, damage or impair the Service, or interfere with another party's use of it.
- Use any robot, spider or other automatic means to access the Service, including to monitor or copy material.
- Use any manual process to monitor or copy material on the Service without our prior written consent.
- Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Attack the Service via a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack.
- Take any action that may damage or falsify the Company's rating.
6. Analytics
We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyse use of the Service.
7. No use by minors
The Service is intended only for individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By using it you represent that you are at least eighteen; if you are not, you are prohibited from accessing or using it.
8. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality (excluding content provided by users) are and remain the exclusive property of AutoSifu and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
9. Copyright policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to claims that content on the Service infringes copyright. If you are a copyright owner or authorised to act for one and believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, email [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Infringement” and a detailed description. You may be held accountable for damages for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims.
10. DMCA notice and procedure
You may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act by providing our copyright agent, in writing, with:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, and the URL or a copy of it.
- Identification of the URL or specific location on the Service where the infringing material is located.
- Your address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for one.
You can contact our copyright agent at [email protected].
11. Error reporting and feedback
You may send feedback — errors, suggestions, ideas, complaints — directly to [email protected]. You agree that you will not assert any intellectual-property right in the feedback, that the Company may already have similar ideas, that the feedback contains no confidential information, and that the Company is under no obligation of confidentiality with respect to it.
12. Links to other sites
The Service may link to third-party sites we do not control. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices, and do not warrant their offerings. We advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any site you visit.
You acknowledge and agree that the Company is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on any third-party site.
13. Disclaimer of warranty
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to its operation or the information and materials in it. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
14. Limitation of liability
Except as prohibited by law, you will hold the Company and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage, however it arises. If liability is found on the part of the Company, it will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant products or services, and there will be no consequential or punitive damages.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including a breach of these terms. You may terminate by discontinuing use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability — survive.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
17. Changes to the Service
We may withdraw or amend the Service, and any material we provide through it, at our discretion without notice, and are not liable if all or part of it is unavailable at any time. We may restrict access to parts of the Service, or the whole of it, from time to time.
18. Amendments to terms
We may amend these terms at any time by posting the amended terms here. Your continued use of the Service after revised terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorised to use the Service.
19. Waiver and severability
No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term, and no failure to assert a right is a waiver of it. If any provision is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it is limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force.
20. Acknowledgement
By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.
